Welcome to Business AI Pros. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BusinessAIPros.net and any products, services, software, consulting, artificial intelligence tools, automation services, websites, marketing services, or other services provided by Business AI Pros ("Business AI Pros," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
Our Services
Business AI Pros provides technology, artificial intelligence, automation, customer relationship management, website, lead generation, communications, consulting, marketing, and related business services.
Specific services provided to each customer may vary depending on the package purchased, additional services requested, and any separate agreement or proposal between Business AI Pros and the customer.
We may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue particular features or technologies as our services and third-party platforms evolve, provided that we continue to deliver the general nature of the service purchased.
Fees and Payment
Customers agree to pay all setup fees, recurring subscription fees, usage charges, and other charges associated with the services they purchase.
Recurring services are billed according to the billing schedule established at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, recurring charges will continue until the service is canceled.
Certain services may involve additional third-party or usage-based charges, including but not limited to telephone calls, text messages, email delivery, artificial intelligence usage, premium software features, domains, advertising costs, or other services. Where applicable, these charges may be billed separately.
No Refunds
All payments made to Business AI Pros are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing.
This no-refund policy applies to setup fees, monthly or recurring service fees, consulting fees, customization fees, and other charges for services already purchased or performed.
Customers are responsible for canceling recurring services before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue service. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not provide a refund or credit for amounts already paid, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellation
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, our recurring services do not require a long-term contract. Customers may request cancellation of recurring services at any time.
Cancellation will apply to future billing periods and does not result in a refund of fees already paid. To avoid another recurring charge, cancellation should be requested before the next scheduled billing date.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable cooperation necessary for Business AI Pros to provide the requested services. This may include providing access to websites, domains, calendars, business information, software accounts, advertising accounts, or other systems.
Customers are responsible for reviewing information, content, automations, artificial intelligence responses, account settings, and other materials used in connection with their business and notifying us of any corrections or changes that may be required.
Artificial Intelligence
Some Business AI Pros services use artificial intelligence and automated technologies. AI-generated information and responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
Artificial intelligence should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for how AI-generated content, communications, recommendations, and automated systems are used in their businesses.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, software, artificial intelligence providers, communications providers, payment processors, hosting companies, analytics platforms, social networks, search engines, and other outside services.
Business AI Pros does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will always remain available, operate without interruption, maintain the same pricing, or continue providing the same features.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, suspensions, policy changes, or other actions caused by third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.
No Guarantee of Results
Business AI Pros works to provide useful technology, automation, marketing, and business systems, but we cannot guarantee any particular business result.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, appointments, sales, reviews, website visitors, revenue, profits, cost savings, or other business outcomes.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including the customer's industry, market, pricing, reputation, sales process, customer service, competition, advertising budget, and implementation of the tools provided.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Business AI Pros services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Customers are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their use of email, telephone, text messaging, advertising, artificial intelligence, data collection, privacy, and other communications.
Intellectual Property
Business AI Pros retains ownership of its proprietary systems, processes, templates, workflows, documentation, designs, software configurations, training materials, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of their own business names, logos, trademarks, original content, customer information, and other materials they provide to us.
Service Availability
We strive to keep our services available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, software updates, internet outages, third-party failures, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Business AI Pros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or interruption of business arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Business AI Pros for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Business AI Pros for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination of Service
Business AI Pros reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, or other circumstances that reasonably make continued service impractical or inappropriate.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
